Hello CBD Parents!

We are down to 2 weeks left in the season! This upcoming week we will have our last dual/away meet and Time Trials! Tomorrow's meet will be your swimmer's last chance to make a qualifying Time Trials cut. **If your swimmer is listed to swim in the Time Trials Meet and is unable to make it, please let Coach Haley know as soon as possible**

Practices: This week's practices will be held today (7/6) for all swimmers; Wednesday (7/8) and Thursday (7/9) practices will be held for Time Trials Qualifiers.

Away Meet Information:

We will be going against the Lemoore Aqua Jets for our last away meet. 

Please arrive to the pool by 5:15pm. 

Warm-Ups: 5:30-5:45pm

Meet Start Time: 6:00pm

**Parking is in front of the Event Center on the west side of the campus on 18th Ave

Please declare your swimmer's attendance and their events by noon tomorrow (7/7/26)

Time Trials Information:

Date: July 11, 2026

Address: Sanger High School Pool, 1045 N. Bethel Ave, Sanger, CA

Warm-Ups: 8:15-8:30am

Meet Start Time: 9:00am

Volunteers: 3 volunteers (2 Timers/1 Recorder) and 1 Stroke & Turn Judge needed for each half - **8 total volunteers needed** ~ signups are now open on SwimTopia

Parking/Camping/Spectator Information:

• Please see the informational map below for Tent City camping (Northwest of the tennis courts) and parking
• The east parking lot and street parking will be open for families to park
• NO CAMPING in the bleachers, please set up camp as close to the CBD area, this will be easier for coaches to gather up the swimmers and ensure they are taken to staging prior to their events
• Spectators are not allowed on the deck (only coaches, swimmers, and volunteers); the bleachers are designated for spectators to view events

T-Shirts: Pre-orders are currently available, please see the flyer below for more information. Pre-orders are due by July 8th & pick-up will be onsite July 11th.

**Meet Programs are also available for pre-order only ($10 each); if interested, please inform Coach Sarah or Coach Haley -- due by noon on 7/7/26**
