Good afternoon CBD 🐬

We have a couple of announcements for this upcoming week:

📢 We will not be holding practices on Monday (5/25), Wednesday (5/27), and Friday (5/29) of this week - only practices days this week will be Tuesday & Thursday 

📢 Intersquad Meet is tomorrow @ 5pm! We will not be splitting this practice into 2 sessions, this will be a mock swim meet amongst only CBD. Please ensure to arrive at 4:30pm/4:45pm for warm ups.

We will be needing parent volunteers to assist with set up, timing, recording, and clean up for this meet. 

This Intersquad Meet is a great opportunity for all parents & swimmers to learn how a meet runs, the events that they will be swimming, and where we get a swimmer's base time. 

📢 Team Suits will also be distributed tomorrow before the meet

📢 Team Pictures are scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026 @ 10am!
